Your experience
- A tea ceremony with your bath master.
- A 1.5–2-hour bathing ritual: gentle warming with fir and juniper, a honey-and-salt scrub and contrasting temperatures.
- Oak-whisk work, the Tulup sheet-wrapping technique and gentle stretching in the warmth.
- Floating in warm water and resting on a swing to nature sounds and a frame drum.
- Tea with traditional bread rings, dates, honey, feijoa and pine-cone preserves.
